About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team at ORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining large amounts of data within our databases and management systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). They should also be familiar with data management software and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and spreadsheets, into the firm's databases and management systems.
  • Quality Control: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry, and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of all data entries and documentation processes, and prepare and maintain reports related to data management activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Skills: Strong typing skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with data management software.

Package Details:

  • Salary: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday (8 hours daily)
  • 40 hours per week
