SALES SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in sales activities including prospecting, scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, and finalizing contracts.
  • Create comprehensive work scopes and agreements for new clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and sales techniques
  • Build and sustain an active sales pipeline through leads, referrals, and networking

SALES SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Background in roofing, construction, or industrial sales is essential
  • Experience in direct sales is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Capacity to inspire and motivate colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Flexible availability is required
