Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in daily training to enhance your skills
  • Ensure all clients and prospects receive an exceptional experience
  • Meet goals by writing new property and casualty insurance policies from provided leads
  • Handle live transfers of prospects interested in purchasing insurance
  • Consistently follow our Agency Sales Process with all prospects
  • Manage a pipeline in the CRM and follow up with prospects as needed
  • Conduct accurate underwriting
  • Ensure all necessary documents are received and electronically signed by clients
  • Demonstrate knowledge of new products and regulations in the industry

Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience Required
  • Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must possess or be able to obtain an Arkansas Insurance License
