Daily Responsibilities:


Manage and expand Aon's business by fostering relationships with key client decision-makers and daily contacts.

Oversee the renewal process, coordinating the right team to create and execute client-specific renewal strategies.

Collaborate with Brokers to develop and implement renewal strategies.

Facilitate essential connections between clients, ARS, and insurers.

Ensure the client service team comprehends client requirements, service delivery methods, and the economic context of services provided.

Lead stewardship planning and execution


Guarantee overall account profitability through a value-oriented approach regarding service scope and costs associated with the Client Promise Plan.

Organize Aon compensation for services, whether fee or commission-based, accordingly.

Educate clients on risk management, risk transfer, market dynamics, and relevant trends, including appropriate benchmarking and GRIP data.

Mobilize necessary Aon resources to assist clients in exceptional situations, such as significant claims, etc.


Engage others across geographic, functional, and business unit boundaries to define collaborative responses to opportunities for business growth.

Oversee input and follow-up on invoicing and receivables for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.

What Sets This Role Apart:


We seek a leader responsible for the daily account management of Aon's relationships with assigned clients as their primary focus.

You will guide client service teams to identify and fulfill client needs, thereby retaining and expanding a profitable business portfolio.

Through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will showcase the value Aon provides to clients.

Qualifications for Success:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant risk insurance experience combined with account management expertise.

Ability to manage large, sophisticated, multinational clients.

Experience leading a business portfolio generating at least $3.5 Million - $5 Million in annual revenue.

Strong sales capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Must possess an active Property & Casualty license.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Compensation Transparency

The salary range for this position is $89,900 - $119,800 annually.

This salary range is an estimate; actual compensation will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.

The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible for participation in one of Aon's annual incentive plans, which may include an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
