Business Development Representative

Under the direct supervision of the Title Branch Manager, the Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion within the assigned region. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct real estate settlements and market title services throughout the territory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, Real Estate brokerages, Realtors, and lenders to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Develop leads and sales opportunities, and follow through with defined sales plans to achieve desired results.
- Represent Sage Title in the market and at industry events, promoting the company's products and services.
- Offer real estate educational seminars for brokers and Realtors to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as requested or assigned.
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed, achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities, and take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred.
- Self-starter with good follow-through skills, social media savvy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Possess working knowledge of RESPA and other federal, state, and industry compliance requirements.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
