Position Summary

Our Sales Representatives serve as ambassadors for the Mexcor brand, engaging with customers in a consultative manner. The ideal candidate is passionate, innovative, and self-driven, with a strong focus on customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing positive, trustworthy relationships with customers.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for customer brands and developing tailored business growth plans.
  • Creating a pipeline of sales opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Utilizing data and insights to enhance sales performance and achieve objectives.
  • Planning account visits with a clear agenda and documented selling opportunities.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Mexcor product offerings and effectively presenting them to clients.
  • Meeting internal metrics and supplier goals as directed by sales leadership.
  • Resolving customer issues and identifying additional support opportunities.
  • Staying informed about competitor offerings and positioning Mexcor products effectively.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and supplier events as necessary.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using technology such as iPads, smartphones, and MS Office for presentations and proposals.
  • Demonstrated accountability for actions and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Adaptable to change and open to innovative ideas.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Physical Requirements

The role may involve:

  • Extended periods of sitting and using a computer or mobile device.
  • Physical activities such as walking, bending, reaching, and standing.
  • Driving for extended periods, with segments lasting up to two hours.
  • Lifting or carrying items weighing up to 56 lbs.
