Position Summary

Our Sales Representatives serve as the face of Mexcor International, embodying our brand values in the marketplace. This role requires a passionate, innovative, and self-driven individual with a strong focus on customer service and business acumen. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing positive, credible relationships with customers based on trust and value.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify their growth needs and developing tailored brand strategies.
  • Creating a comprehensive business growth plan for each account, identifying opportunities to enhance sales.
  • Utilizing data and insights to drive sales and support customer objectives.
  • Planning and documenting account visits with clear agendas and service goals.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Mexcor's product offerings and effectively presenting them to clients.
  • Meeting internal metrics and supplier goals as directed by sales leadership.
  • Resolving customer issues and identifying additional opportunities to support their needs.
  • Documenting account-specific information in our CRM system.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using technology for presentations and proposals.
  • Demonstrated accountability and commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Adaptable to change and open to innovative ideas.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Physical Requirements

This position may involve:

  • Extended periods of sitting and using a computer.
  • Walking, bending, reaching, and standing.
  • Driving for extended periods, with segments lasting up to two hours.
  • Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 56 lbs.
