Position: Field Sales Consultant

RAM Industries, a prominent manufacturer and distributor of high-quality residential and commercial windows and doors, is seeking experienced sales professionals to take on the role of Field Sales Consultant. This position is focused on serving the upscale residential markets.

Role Summary: Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and support for RAM's extensive portfolio.
  • Identify market opportunities to enhance sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Engage with architects, developers, contractors, and business owners to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize analytical skills to address challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey product benefits clearly.
  • Network and generate leads to expand customer base and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular forecasts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the window and door industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for customer quotations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License required for travel to client locations.
