Position Summary

Our Sales Representatives act as ambassadors for the Mexcor brand, embodying passion, innovation, and self-motivation with a strong focus on customer service. The primary duties include:

  • Establishing and nurturing positive, credible relationships with customers based on trust and value.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify their business growth needs and developing their brands.
  • Creating tailored business growth plans for each account while building a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Utilizing data and insights to enhance sales performance and achieve objectives.
  • Planning account visits with clear agendas and documented service purposes in our CRM.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Mexcor's product offerings and effectively presenting them to clients.
  • Meeting internal metrics and supplier objectives as directed by sales leadership.
  • Resolving customer issues and identifying additional opportunities to support their needs.
  • Documenting and maintaining detailed account information in our CRM.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using technology, including iPads, smartphones, and MS Office.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and embrace innovative ideas.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Physical Requirements

Physical demands may include:

  • Extended periods of sitting and typing on a computer or mobile device.
  • Walking, bending, reaching, standing, and other physical activities.
  • Driving for extended periods, with segments lasting up to 2 hours.
  • Lifting, lowering, pushing, or carrying items weighing up to 56 lbs.
