Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent Part-Time Operational Assistant to undertake a range of administrative and clerical responsibilities. The primary role of the Operational Assistant involves establishing and maintaining communication with clients who have registered for our events, ensuring optimal attendance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outgoing communications via phone, email, and text to clients.
- Foster relationships with potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
- Perform basic accounting tasks using SalesForce.
- Process payments efficiently.
- Maintain and organize client records.
- Manage document-related tasks including photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail processes.
- Input data accurately into SalesForce and Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in administrative roles, such as a Secretary or Executive Assistant, is preferred. Familiarity with the industry will be advantageous.
Work Schedule
- Part-time position with potential for full-time hours.
- Flexible shifts available, including 4-hour and 8-hour options.
- Weekend availability may be required.
Compensation
Hourly rate starting at $25.00, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus incentives.
Work Environment
This position requires in-person attendance.
