Position Overview
The Sales Support Analyst/Sr Analyst will be an integral part of the Global Sales Process Execution team at FICO, a prominent global analytics software firm. This role is designed for individuals who possess a strong operational, financial, and analytical background to enhance key global processes that empower our sales organization and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
As a proactive individual, the Sales Support-Sr Analyst will gain in-depth knowledge of our sales methodologies, particularly the Global Deal Desk process, which is crucial for executive visibility.

In a collaborative environment, this position will engage with various departments within the Software division, including Product and Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Regional Operations, to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness while continuously refining our processes.

What You Will Contribute
- Oversee the Global Deal Desk Process and other global sales support functions.
- Summarize and present complex, multi-million dollar deals to the executive team, aiding in informed decision-making.
- Ensure clarity and compliance in solution architecture, pricing, COGS, and financial modeling for sales opportunities, thereby assisting the executive team in maximizing revenue and minimizing risk.
- Acquire knowledge of our products and pricing strategies to anticipate leadership inquiries and expedite internal approvals for strategic deals.
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders and internal IT teams to implement process enhancements.
- Document business processes and requirements clearly and effectively.
- Identify and initiate process improvements as the business evolves.
- Support additional processes managed by the Global Sales Execution team, including pilot opportunity management and opportunity routing.
- Cross-train on other processes within the Global Sales Operations team to provide necessary support.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to articulate business needs effectively, securing leadership support.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as profit, margin, COGS, and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to structure opportunities and quotes that optimize revenue.
- Experience in leading process development and enhancement within the Sales Quote to Cash lifecycle.
- Background in the software industry with a basic understanding of software tenancy and contracting.
- Proficient in analyzing and presenting data to senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Salesforce for opportunity and case management.
- Ability to work across multiple business units with a sense of urgency.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities while enhancing global processes.
- Proven organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
