Position Overview

As a Support Services Associate II, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals seeking assistance. This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility.
  • Assist in providing work therapy support to guests and help coordinate volunteer efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Case Management to oversee guest work therapy schedules.
  • Conduct training sessions for guests on various work therapy tasks.
  • Organize and lead safety meetings for guests involved in work therapy.
  • Perform janitorial duties and address any maintenance needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify safety hazards.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist with guest services as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
  • A valid food handler's card.
  • Strong customer service skills.
