Position Overview

As a Facility Support Specialist II, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals seeking assistance. Your dedication to service and support will contribute to a positive environment for guests striving for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety, order, and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Provide essential backup support to fellow staff members.
  • Assist in coordinating volunteer activities and work therapy programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for guests on various work therapy tasks.
  • Schedule and lead safety meetings for participants in work therapy.
  • Perform janitorial duties and maintain a clean environment.
  • Monitor and assess safety hazards and maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist with guest services as needed.
Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with:

  • 1+ years of experience in a food service or kitchen setting is preferred.
  • A valid food handler's card.
  • Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
