Position Overview:
Our esteemed client is in search of a Technical Support Specialist II to enhance their team. The perfect candidate will possess experience in maintenance or engineering, aligning seamlessly with the organization's goals.


Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with minimal guidance and documentation.
  • Handle hardware tasks including the removal and replacement of components, conducting inspections for operational readiness, and utilizing various tools such as multi-meters and screwdrivers.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in software troubleshooting, particularly with command line interfaces and understanding communications from various computer modules, including Ubuntu/Linux and general PC troubleshooting.
  • Interpret maintenance documentation, engineering drawings, and computer models effectively.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • A strong aptitude for performing hands-on maintenance tasks across multiple platforms with limited supervision.
  • The ability to systematically troubleshoot and identify root causes of faults.
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehending maintenance documentation and terminology used in maintenance practices.
  • The capability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
