Job Overview
The Culinary Operations Director is a leadership role tasked with crafting and implementing dining solutions tailored to meet the preferences and requirements of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate dining services where patrons select meals from a curated menu.

From the outset of every client partnership, LifeWorks Restaurant Group emphasizes transparency with its collaborators, encompassing everything from spatial design and delivery to the marketing of the final, branded offerings.

Compensation
The salary for this role typically falls between $90,000 and $95,000, influenced by factors such as the applicant's qualifications, experience, market data, and other relevant considerations. Additional earnings may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This estimate reflects Aramark's good faith and reasonable assessment of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

If selected, the employee will hold an 'at-will position,' and Aramark retains the right to adjust base salary and other discretionary payments at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance and market conditions.

Leadership Duties
• Mentor, inspire, and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruitment, assessment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure that food services align with the Executional Framework.
• Guide employees by fostering a shared understanding of objectives and execution strategies.
• Recognize and reward employee achievements.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards across all operations.

Client Engagement
• Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational updates.

Financial Management
• Implement Aramark processes and systems.
• Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, including cost controls for food, beverages, and labor.
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of P&L statements.
• Meet food and labor targets while managing resources to maintain quality and cost efficiency within budgetary constraints.

Operational Productivity
• Execute and uphold Aramark's agenda for labor and food initiatives.
• Create value through efficient operations and appropriate cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals, including food and labor standards.
• Direct and oversee operations related to food production, distribution, and service.

Compliance and Safety
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety and health.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1-3 years in a management capacity.
• Previous experience in the food service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster effective client and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence using Aramark's standard model.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to create a unified food service experience.
• Physical requirements include occasional lifting and standing for extended periods.
