Job Overview:


We are looking for a skilled Team Leader and Cash Register Operator to become part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the operational success of the restaurant during your shift.

You will be responsible for creating employee schedules, managing staff, and delegating tasks to ensure seamless restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and relevant experience in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Train and supervise team members while assigning tasks as required

Guide the team in delivering outstanding customer service

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact

Comply with all health and safety regulations

Prepare sales and productivity reports for management

Maintain proper inventory levels, reorder and restock as needed

Fill in for absent team members

Create schedules for your team

Ensure the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness and service

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in food service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems

Ability to remain composed and excel under pressure

Strong leadership and management abilities

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Foodsafe Certificate (Preferred)
