Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and staff training.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage food and beverage budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree or higher in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications required by law or company policy.
