Primary Responsibilities:
The retail operations leader is expected to consistently exercise discretion in managing the store's overall performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing company initiatives by crafting actionable plans and motivating the team to achieve operational goals.
  • Planning and delegating tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
