The retail operations leader is expected to consistently exercise discretion in managing the store's overall performance. Key responsibilities include:

- Implementing company initiatives by crafting actionable plans and motivating the team to achieve operational goals.
- Planning and delegating tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing coaching and support to team members to enhance performance.
- Monitoring staffing levels to facilitate team development and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Utilizing management tools for labor scheduling, financial reporting, and inventory control.
