About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Client Administrator to join our team at Aventiv Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional support and service.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to internal departments as necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve client tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Work closely with account management teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to clients, including password resets, user setup, and product training.
  • Travel: Travel to client sites as required, sometimes with minimal notice.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain company inventories and assets, including tablets, accessories, and tools.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze client statistics and trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Travel: Ability to travel from facility to facility.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant work experience in a technology or telecommunications industry.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Lifting: Regularly lift up to 20 lbs, occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
Benefits
  • Salary: $23.26/hr - $26.52/hr (depending on experience).
