Bilingual Client Support Specialist

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail clients to assess their requirements, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and propose suitable solutions. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve sales targets consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications when necessary.
- Restock shelves and create appealing displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Support delivery operations as needed.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about product offerings and available options.
- Adhere to inventory control protocols.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
