About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our sports properties division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic business plans to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth and Sales
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team revenue goals
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors and clients
    • Develop and execute customized marketing solutions to meet client needs
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills
  • Business Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and review strategic business plans to ensure alignment with company goals
    • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sports industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
