**Job Title:** Vice President, Talent and Organizational Development

**Salary Range:** $220,000 - $280,000 per year (dependent on location)

**Job Description:

Talent Management and Leadership Development

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our talent management and leadership development programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in learning, development, and talent management, particularly in leadership roles, with a proven ability to reimagine and innovate traditional approaches to leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing our talent management and leadership development programs, including designing and delivering training programs, coaching and mentoring leaders, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with Mastercard's business objectives.
  • Overseeing and optimizing the budget and portfolio of learning assets managed by the Leadership Academy, with a relentless focus on maximizing return on investment and resource allocation.

**Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in learning, development, and talent management, particularly in leadership roles.
  • Strong communications skills and creative mindset.
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with senior HR team as a strategic advisor on leadership development.
