Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to join our team at Paths Management Services, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage the performance evaluation process and provide coaching to managers on effective feedback techniques
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address organizational development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • SHRM/SPHR certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
