As a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions, IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Talent Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or operational setting. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training plans that support the company's operational needs.

The Operational Talent Development Manager will play a key role in building and sustaining a strong operational talent pipeline through effective training strategies. This includes creating annual and monthly training plans based on the company's objectives, assigning tasks and ensuring alignment with business needs, and overseeing training data management and course execution.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing external trainers and conducting specialized training, audits, and inspections. Additionally, they will maintain a talent inventory for operational roles, drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and ensure a strong talent pipeline.

The salary offered for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more.
