Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Development Specialist to collaborate with senior leadership and develop HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in talent management and learning practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business objectives, including talent identification, succession planning, and performance management.
- Learning and Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our learning practices remain cutting-edge and effective.
- HR Operations: Oversee the end-to-end talent management process, design and implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Culture and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, resolving complex HR issues and fostering a positive workplace culture, conduct regular assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement, implementing strategies to address areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent management and learning practices, strong understanding of the financial services industry, especially within the banking sector.
- Skill Set: Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
