Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of People Operations to join our team at Precision Neuroscience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people operations strategies that support our company's mission and growth objectives. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading people operations in startups, building headcount from 50 to 200+ employees. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is on-site at our New York City office.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people operations strategies aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive, hands-on people operations experience in a leadership role.
* Proven experience leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development in a rapidly-growing organization.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
