Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 6+ years of demonstrated success in sales, specifically B2B
* 3+ years of sales experience in Store Fixtures, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, or related industry
* Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database management programs specifically the Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Experience in common CRM, including Salesforce
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
* Self-directed, motivated with the ability to effectively operate independently
* Detailed oriented
* Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
