Job Title: Director of Training and Development

KIDStrong Enterprises LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Training and Development to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our franchisees and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create training programs that meet the needs of our franchisees and their teams.
  • Develop and lead a fully integrated franchise training and development program with innovative, effective, and engaging content.
  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate franchise training and development programs and instructional content.
  • Assess and re-shape curriculum and tools for training programs as needed and implement controls to ensure content accuracy.
  • Execute innovative training best practices measured by key business results, member retention, and talent development.
  • Develop and report on key learning metrics to demonstrate learning effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage certification programs required for KIDStrong Nation.

Requirements and Education:

  • Minimum of eight years' experience in end-to-end designing, developing, facilitating, and analyzing multi-unit training, customer service, learning and development programs, with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Experience and willingness to facilitate training directly to small, and larger audiences.
  • Clear and succinct communication in a variety of settings and styles and have the ability to convey information to others so that messages are understood, and outcomes delivered.
  • Embrace a disciplined approach to planning and prioritizing short and long-term objectives, and will be skilled at filtering and disseminating best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including mentoring and change management.
  • Proficient with Google Office (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Doc) and Learning Management Systems.
