As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation department, ensuring seamless communication with clients and the installation team, and analyzing job expenses to meet budget expectations. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate complex information clearly, and prioritize tasks will be essential to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent verbal communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting. A background in HVAC or construction is not required but is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule installation jobs and prepare installers for successful installations
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts department, and installation team
  • Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget expectations
  • Monitor performance of installation technicians and advise on improvement opportunities


Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,000 - $70,000 + performance bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holiday and vacation time off, health insurance, life insurance, and employee referral bonuses.
