This minimally invasive procedure effectively eliminates fat and tightens skin, sculpting targeted body areas for rapid recovery with minimal bruising and optimal results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the individual patient journey both via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure a warm welcome for patients, focusing on their overall experience (e.g., offering refreshments, engaging with them, maintaining cleanliness, and managing staff phone usage).
  • Address initial inquiries and facilitate consultation scheduling.
  • Guide and mentor staff to ensure exemplary patient service delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for any patient-related concerns.
  • Develop and uphold a comprehensive understanding of our facility, core values, and the expertise of our surgeons.
  • Familiarity with surgical body sculpting and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Operational Duties:

  • Assist the Practice Manager with daily administrative tasks and paperwork reconciliation.
  • Support the Practice Manager in coordinating schedules and covering front desk duties as needed.
  • Help the Practice Manager with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Able to cultivate effective working relationships across various functions and with diverse clientele.
  • Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for empowering others to excel.
  • Customer-centric approach with a compassionate attitude.
  • Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage based on experience and skill set. The role is also eligible for a monthly bonus incentive.

Compensation packages are tailored based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
