Position Overview

As an Intelligence Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in synthesizing information from various intelligence sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate data from multiple intelligence disciplines, including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Geographical Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Continuously assess OSINT reporting and threat streams within a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR), generating both current and predictive intelligence products while coordinating analytical outputs for distribution.
  • Gather and evaluate publicly available information (PAI) from a wide array of open sources, encompassing both traditional and non-traditional mediums.
  • Analyze data sourced from the internet, including social media, blogs, databases, maps, videos, academic literature, news outlets, and technical publications. [NOTE: Collection may involve the clear web, deep web, and occasionally, the dark web, as necessary.]
  • Identify, develop, and formalize innovative OSINT methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to fulfill mission objectives.
  • Draft and coordinate responses to OSINT-related inquiries and tasks.
  • Conduct OSINT operations in response to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Collect, exploit, and analyze PAI, preparing reports in the required format with minimal oversight, utilizing SIPRNet and JWICS systems and tools.
  • Produce, review, and refine assessments, reports, briefings, threat analyses, and specialized studies.
  • Maintain situational awareness of force disposition and update the common intelligence picture.
  • Focus expertise on a specific AOR to enhance support for collection efforts and resource allocation.
  • Leverage the full spectrum of Intelligence Community resources to identify exploitable vulnerabilities and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Utilize critical intelligence data to identify gaps, formulate assessments, and meet Priority Intelligence Requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Completion of a US Government basic intelligence training course.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as an intelligence analyst.
  • Completion of a formal OSINT training program.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the intelligence cycle, including collection fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination.
  • Foundational Cloud Certification.
  • DoD Information Assurance Technical 1 (IAT Level 1) certification.
  • Exceptional written communication, all-source research, data evaluation, and analytical skills.

Note: Candidates selected for this role will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
