Job Overview

Position Summary:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is in search of a skilled Proposal Coordinator to enhance our business development efforts across various accounts. This role will oversee the proposal process for significant opportunities, refine existing proposal methodologies, and provide training to managers and staff on effective proposal composition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create compliant and persuasive proposals in response to Federal Government solicitations.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical, management, resume, and past performance sections of proposals.
  • Work within a collaborative team to clearly define solutions, strategies, and approaches to executing the work, along with highlighting experience, win themes, and unique selling points.
  • Utilize communication and interviewing skills to extract necessary information from both internal and external stakeholders to support writing tasks.
  • Assist the project team in crafting executive-level briefings and presentations.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure all RFP guidelines are meticulously followed in all documentation, maintaining high quality and compliance with proposal standards.
  • Gather proposal-related information by identifying information sources and communicating potential risks associated with proposals.
  • Maintain consistent writing styles and standards, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to documentation protocols under tight deadlines.
  • Develop and enhance existing technical writing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements aimed at elevating proposal quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with GWAC, IDIQ, and self-scoring procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with the Federal government IT services procurement cycle.
  • Previous experience collaborating with SMEs to develop engaging proposal content across various IT services and solutions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities; keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and a collaborative spirit are essential.
  • Capacity to thrive in a time-sensitive environment and meet all deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to mentor and guide others to ensure consistency among multiple authors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to review and edit content for compliance, clarity, grammar, and appropriate use of technical terminology.
  • Identify proposal requirements and coordinate with SMEs and managers to draft and refine technical content.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and others.
  • Skilled in collaborating in a virtual environment with shared files and multiple teams.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both Civilian and DOD contracting is advantageous.
  • Trained in industry standards for proposal management, such as Shipley.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Federal Contractor Proposal management for IT Services.
