  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that the store operates efficiently, maintaining accurate associate coverage in service areas and ensuring that opening and closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and feedback.
  • Problem-Solving: Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers, addressing immediate customer service issues and providing coaching to associates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
