Strategic Account Executive

Your Role
As the Corporate Account Manager for Distribution, you will spearhead the development and execution of effective sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share within our Distribution Partnerships Network.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate relationships with high-level executives and key decision-makers at our distribution partners.
2. **Strategic Planning**: Formulate and implement comprehensive deal processes for large, complex contracts.
3. **Business Development**: Lead the strategic year-over-year (YOY) business plan for each distributor, focusing on key value drivers.
4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with Regional Sales leadership to meet sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.
5. **Team Leadership**: Provide informal leadership to local sales teams, ensuring accountability and effective execution of the commercial plan.
Essential Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant sales experience; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and high-level selling within a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and implementation, along with strong organizational skills.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time is essential for this role.
