About the Role

This senior leadership position requires expertise in managing large federal cybersecurity programs, designing enterprise systems, and developing robust client relationships. You will oversee annual revenue growth, profitability, and account planning while facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of project management experience, including 7 years managing large federal programs. Active TOP SECRET clearance is highly desirable, along with experience in governance, cybersecurity, development, and operations of federal enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the success of the program, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of provided solutions/services
  • Drive annual revenue growth, profitability, and account planning
  • Manage staff and develop new capabilities to support the program
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
  • Review solutions and roadmaps provided by the team
  • Dive deep with customers to understand solution usage and feasibility
  • Provide hands-on support for new projects and transition to support teams
  • Brief client leadership and technical resources on program progress
  • Establish communications and deployment plans

Requirements

  • Able to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelors degree
  • Ten or more years' experience designing/managing enterprise systems or ten or more years of project management experience and seven years managing large federal cybersecurity programs
