Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving business growth through strategic sales and account management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new enterprise accounts and expand existing relationships
  • BUILD and manage a pipeline of self-generated new logo opportunities
  • Prioritize qualified sales opportunities and key prospects within assigned territory
  • Execute the sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new logo accounts, generating net new accounts
  • Identify and build relationships with appropriate account buyers
  • Establish reputation with assigned prospects as a trusted advisor with industry knowledge and the prospect's solution needs
  • Proactively identify potential needs of prospects, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition for the account
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of sales experience specifically selling into new accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving quota and activity targets (KPI)
  • Strong cold-calling, networking, prospecting, and ability to close new deals
  • Must have 5+ years of PR/IR industry experience
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; including experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
