Dynatrace is a leading provider of unified software intelligence platforms, and we're seeking an experienced Federal Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, attaining, growing, and maintaining a specified territory within the federal government.

Sales Growth Strategy:
Develop a sustainable product sales pipeline to meet forecasted revenue targets through effective territory planning and reporting, customer prospecting, and contract negotiation. Utilize Dynatrace's software to document accounts and customers, track potential sales, and stay up-to-date on quarterly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop qualified customers within the federal government.
  • Grow sales funnels and negotiate contracts within established price and terms guidelines.
  • Conduct onsite customer presentations and provide expert knowledge on Dynatrace software products and competitors.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements:
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Prior experience selling into the public sector is preferred.
