Transformative VP Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Role

We are seeking an accomplished VP Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure professional to spearhead our organization's technology vision. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that drive innovation and improve patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise architecture and infrastructure leadership roles, leveraging deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust solutions, including cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive architecture and infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust solutions, ensuring alignment and effective execution with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and technology professionals, prioritizing data security and privacy by implementing robust security measures and adhering to industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution, optimizing infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in enterprise architecture and infrastructure leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Expertise in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, experience managing budgets and teams.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. The actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
