Executive Culinary Leader

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence in the kitchen. This role requires a strong leader who can work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all kitchen staff are properly trained and equipped to execute their roles effectively
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus that meet the highest culinary standards
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and feedback
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in culinary leadership and fine dining
Certification in Hospitality-related field, or equivalent (preferred)
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
