Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of food outlet kitchens as assigned, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Manage multiple outlet operations, including catered events, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect and select only the freshest ingredients for menu preparation, adhering to Health Department regulations.
- Assist in monitoring receiving, storage, and rotation of food products to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in the production of all food items necessary for operation, as directed by the Executive Chef and/or management.
- Lead culinary staff in maintaining sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health department standards and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation.
- Minimum three years' experience in high-volume full-service food operations, with a proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and relative costs.
- Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and open to providing incidental or short-term support to other facilities as needed.
- Travel may be required.
Compensation
Competitive salary range $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.
Working Conditions
Location: On-site

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop.
