**Job Summary**
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative comfort food menus, managing kitchen operations, and overseeing a high-volume kitchen. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu items, train junior personnel, and maintain high-quality food standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement new menu items and menu concepts
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and budgeting
* Train and supervise junior personnel, including cooks and kitchen staff
* Maintain high-quality food standards and ensure consistency in food preparation
* Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and menu concepts
**Requirements**
* Associate\u2019s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of kitchen experience, including experience in leading and supervising junior chefs and cooks
* Experience working within budget constraints and managing inventory
* Strong leadership and communication skills
