• Oversee the standardization of recipes to ensure consistency and quality of food service

• Ensure that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing and consistent manner

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist the Executive Chef in managing food and labor costs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure the highest level of service and quality

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Club members and guests

**Requirements**

• Culinary school graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of a la carte and banquet revenue generation

• Excellent technical literacy, including Microsoft Office, payroll management, and point of sale systems

• Bilingual communication ability (English and Spanish) is preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• ServeSafe certification and Chef STAR certification are highly desirable
