Job Summary

The Country Club of Columbus seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a culinary strategy that aligns with the club's mission and vision
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure the highest quality of food and service, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the club's management team to achieve financial goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve culinary operations

Requirements

  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent
  • Proven track record of team management, organizational, and coaching skills
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with members, staff, and guests
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) communication ability preferred
