Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

GitLab is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing large enterprise deals in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with large enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and develop tailored sales plans to meet customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate GitLab's products and services to customers, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including negotiation and contract execution.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the Indian market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate the value of GitLab's products and services.
