The Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant serves as a key representative of the brand, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and comprehensive information about our high-end vehicles. The primary goal is to educate and engage customers about our exclusive offerings.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the luxury sector (such as fashion, jewelry, or automotive)
  • A genuine passion for providing superior customer experiences, along with exceptional customer service skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
  • A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a strong interest in the automotive field
  • Proficient in using computers, mobile devices, and software applications (especially MS Office and Google Docs)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus
  • Technologically adept, capable of navigating and troubleshooting vehicle technology features
  • Exemplary professionalism and personal presentation
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A valid Driver's License and insurability are required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the brand ambassador for O'GARA - warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the showroom, manage customer flow, and provide beverage service
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service - engage with prospective clients, educate them about the brand, vehicles, promotions, and events
  • Guide customers through the showroom and outdoor lot – showcase vehicles and merchandise, introduce them to key staff, and discuss current promotions
  • Become a subject matter expert - participate in required training sessions and sales meetings; obtain necessary factory certification and product knowledge for each model; stay informed about brand communications and vehicle alerts
  • Utilize CRM databases and tools to meet and exceed target goals for customer interactions, including calls, emails, texts, and appointments
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the CRM database
  • Gather essential information to facilitate smooth transitions to the sales team, utilizing the 'up system' effectively
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets by exceeding individual and store sales goals
  • Educate customers before and during test drives, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols
  • Present customer offers to management and assist in compiling necessary documentation for vehicle purchases
  • Coordinate with Porters to prepare vehicles for scheduled appointments and deliveries
  • During deliveries, execute necessary documentation, educate customers on vehicle functions, and assist with personal preferences and mobile device synchronization
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for vehicle technology features and offer house-call services as needed
  • Promote the brand and company through various channels
  • Attend scheduled brand and company events
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments (Finance, Service, Parts, Marketing, etc.)
  • Participate in showroom opening and closing procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Compensation: base salary plus commission
