Position Overview:

The Automotive Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in presenting our vehicles and services to potential clients. This position involves providing comprehensive information regarding vehicle features, safety ratings, and financing alternatives. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, relevant sales experience, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive mindset towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase vehicle features and facilitate test drives
  • Guide customers in selecting vehicles and exploring financing options
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions
  • Negotiate sales contracts and maintain customer follow-up
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive Internet sales is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing stress
  • Proficient in internet usage with strong written communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
