JOB PURPOSE
To act as the Company's representative to clients, achieving both quantitative and qualitative goals for the Department and Store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage sales and enhance each phase of the sales journey.
2. Identify and understand customer needs, both overt and subtle.
3. Showcase and highlight the product assortment.
4. Encourage cross-selling and additional purchases.
5. Guide customers to the checkout, prepare packaging, and handle payments as necessary.
6. Address customer complaints, with managerial support when needed.
7. Acquire in-depth knowledge of all products within the assigned category.
8. Ensure proper management of products in the department, including cleaning and maintenance.
9. Stay informed about available stock.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A passion for interpersonal relationships and sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and an interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Capability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and expertise in the product category managed.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
