JOB PURPOSE
To act as the representative of the Company to clients, achieving both quantitative and qualitative goals for the Department and the Store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales and enhance each phase of the sales journey.
- Identify and understand the needs of customers, both expressed and unspoken.
- Showcase and highlight the product assortment.
- Encourage cross-selling and additional purchases.
- Guide the customer to the payment area, prepare packaging, and handle transactions as needed.
- Address customer complaints, with support from management when necessary.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of all products within the assigned category.
- Ensure proper management (cleaning, maintenance, replacement) of products in the department.
- Stay informed about available stock.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A passion for interpersonal relationships and sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and a keen interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in fostering long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and expertise in the product category managed.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
