About the Role

O'GARA Beverly Hills is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury automotive products, including features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize CRM databases and tools to achieve sales targets, promote brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attend training sessions, and participate in sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability.
