Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Utilize CRM databases and tools to achieve and exceed target sales goals
- Present management with all customer offers and assist with compiling necessary information for sales
- Product Knowledge and Training
- Attend required training classes and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and factory certification
- Master all Lamborghini products, including models, stats, price ranges, and brand competition
- Communication and Teamwork
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and delivery targets
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and staging vehicles for appointments and deliveries
- Execute customer documents and provide house-call service for customers as needed
- Promote the brand and company through social media and attend brand and company events
- 2 years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experience and excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry
- High level of proficiency and knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and software applications
- Experience with CRM applications and vehicle technology features is desired
