Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
    • Utilize CRM databases and tools to achieve and exceed target sales goals
    • Present management with all customer offers and assist with compiling necessary information for sales
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Attend required training classes and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and factory certification
    • Master all Lamborghini products, including models, stats, price ranges, and brand competition
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and delivery targets
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with preparing and staging vehicles for appointments and deliveries
    • Execute customer documents and provide house-call service for customers as needed
    • Promote the brand and company through social media and attend brand and company events
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry
  • High level of proficiency and knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Experience with CRM applications and vehicle technology features is desired

Compensation

Minimum wage plus commission
